I’m Shubham Chandel. I stayed at your hotel for 21 aug 2026 to 23 aug 2026. I really enjoyed my time overall. One evening I went out for shopping and when i came back my key card was not working. I go back to the lobby and they helped me out but when i entered inside the air-con and lights are off and wrongly assumed that someone had entered when i am not Here because i vividly remember I didn't removed the key card from the power socket Just because I put the do not disturb sign on the door and my cards were misplaced in my frustration, I started complaining rudely about it to a staff member who was only trying to help. The next morning, I found the key myself. I’m truly sorry for that.
