My family and I had a fantastic long stay at Harold’s Hotel, conveniently located near Ayala Mall. It was our first visit, and we were blown away by the exceptional service. Sharla at check-in was super patient as I fumbled for my confirmation number, and the IT manager helped me set up the WiFi on my phone. We also met Wen, the hotel consultant, who made us feel right at home and genuinely cared about our experience. Dining was a treat, too! Pilsken, Lika, and Dave treated us like VIPs during our meals and room service. The doormen, including Ruffort and his team, always greeted us warmly and assisted with our bags and transportation. Aileen, Sheila, and Margorie kept our room spotless and even surprised us with snacks! When my sister hosted a rooftop birthday dinner for my nephew, Karla and Nilo did an amazing job planning everything—even arranging for a live band! If you’re considering staying at Harold’s Hotel or hosting an event there, I highly recommend them!Verified Cozy place at the heart or town Harold’s hotel in Cebu city exceeded my expectations. If you want to explore the city it’s in a great central location which allows you to easily access all the main highways for faster travel times. Considering there is an immense amount of traffic, central location is even more important which will save you time and money. As for the hotel itself it’s a cozy place with warm and welcoming staff members. They offer buffet style breakfast at H cafe found adjacent to their lobby. Their staff Plisken supervisor kept a watchful eye to make sure we are constantly accommodated and buffet was amply stocked with so many delicious offerings. Maica their other staff was very attentive and Anita the cashier made sure all our questions were answered. We can have them pack our breakfast to go. The rooms were clean and room services showed up every day for cleaning. Although the furniture is a bit worn (we stayed at their King suite) which is their highest room option which is why I was expecting a bit more from the actual unit itself. The carpet needs to be replaced as there are many stains and at times the faucet for the toilet would leak. If they address those things by remodeling the rooms and getting new furniture like new couches, tables , etc I think they would definitely attract more guests. Their central location can’t be beat. Lastly their rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out at least once, I suggest going there at night to get a real view of the city with skyscrapers lit up. They also have live music at the bar with great performance. Thank you Harold’s hotel for making our stay memorable.
